As presumed previously GTX275 is based on GTX200 chip used in GTX295 featuring 240 shader processors and 896MB/448bit memory subsystem. Clock frequencies estimates are 633/1404/1161MHz core/shader/memory respectively. Although NVidia will not provide a reference design for this SKU giving vendors all the freedom they want.
