Default Geforce GTX275 specs unvealed

As presumed previously GTX275 is based on GTX200 chip used in GTX295 featuring 240 shader processors and 896MB/448bit memory subsystem. Clock frequencies estimates are 633/1404/1161MHz core/shader/memory respectively. Although NVidia will not provide a reference design for this SKU giving vendors all the freedom they want.

Default Zotac GeForce GTX 275 Amp! Edition

Quote:
Today NVIDIA released their GeForce GTX 275 Series. While there are no architectural improvements, the new cards offer substantially improved performance at competitive prices. Zotac's Amp! Edition offers higher clocks out of the box - is that enough to combat ATI's new offerings?

Default Galaxy GeForce GTX 275 Overclocked Tri-Fan Graphics Card

Quote:
"It hasn't taken long for NVIDIA partners to start spicing up the GTX 275. Come launch day we already saw that Gainward had opted for aftermarket cooling. Galaxy has kicked up a notch, though; this not only by including a pretty mean cooling setup on the card, but also taking the time to increase the core and memory clock.

While the card was designed to compete directly against the HD 4890, what we're seeing is that in the retail channel the GTX 275 is slightly more expensive. While this might be a bad thing considering the fact that the GTX 275 is designed to compete head to head with the HD 4890, it isn't really, as that little bit of extra cost carries with it that little bit of extra performance."

Default Galaxy GeForce GTX 285 2GB Tri-Fan Graphics Card

Quote:
"It's good to see that not long after the launch of a new high-end product a company has come out and mixed it up a bit. While it's not uncommon for us to see higher end ATI cards make this transition quickly, it seems that NVIDIA partners tend to take longer or sometimes not even bother at all.

Of course, it doesn't help with the obscure PCB design on some of their cards like the GTX 295; fingers crossed that the rumors of a new single PCB dual GPU card is true. We're not here to talk about that today, however. What we have with us is a GTX 285 which in the looks department manages to stand out from the pack. If that wasn't enough, Galaxy thought they would also take the time to strap on 2GB of memory."

Default Zotac GeForce GTX 275

Quote:
Two weeks are past since NVIDIA launched the GeForce GTX 275 and now we can call it "available". This means it is time to look at the contender of the Radeon HD 4890- HT4U.net looked at the Zotac GeForce GTX 275 as example of a graphics card in the market:

Default Inno3D GeForce GTX 275 OC Graphics Card

Quote:
"Today we're going to be looking at a GTX 275 from Inno3D which has that lovely overclocked word printed on the front of the box. What we'll do before we have a closer look at the card and its performance is see what Inno3D have done with the package and bundle.

Let's not delay any longer and get straight into it and see if Inno3D are able to make a GTX 275 which stands out from the pack. Considering we've seen a few it's going to be a tough fight, but hopefully there's something that helps the card stand out."

Default EVGA GeForce GTX 275

Quote:
"EVGA's GTX 275 looks awfully similar to the other 200-series cards, but this one is a bit different under the hood, promising a bunch of horsepower for today's hottest games in what looks to be a rather unassuming exterior. We'll be testing driving it today on a slew of games to see if can live up to the claims when the rubber hits the road."

Default NVIDIA GeForce GTX 275 896MB

Quote:
"This product fits between GeForce GTX 260 and GeForce GTX 285 in terms of performance and price. As we have already mentioned, the new card has been designed to oppose RADEON HD 4890, the most powerful single-GPU card from AMD. This corresponds to the $260 price tag -- more expensive than GTX 260, but cheaper than GTX 285."
