Introduction to the ASRock Fatal1ty P67 Professional
Johnathan ‘Fatal1ty’ Wendel is no stranger to having his name on a motherboard. When ABIT was still a company, his name was plastered on their F-I90HD, FP-IN9 SLI, AN9 32X and the AA8XE. All of which were great boards and overclocked very well, plus they look good with their black and red themes. It was more than the Fatal1ty name on the motherboards that made them great sellers, it was the quality that ABIT was known for; however, now that BIT is no more, who do we turn to for the Fatal1ty branded motherboards?
ASRock made a big splash around the scene when they announced an upcoming Socket 1155 P67 board, one that was being spearheaded by Johnathan Wendel himself. Being the gamer that Fatal1ty is known for, this new Professional Series P67 motherboard offers the user all the gaming advantages he or she needs to frag with the best of them. Perhaps enough for you to get a couple of wins against Johnathan himself.
Yes, the ASRock Fatal1ty P67 Professional has a lot of features that we have not seen in a motherboard before, the most unique of which would be the Fatal1ty Mouse Port. What it does is allow you to adjust the designated USB port to whatever polling rate you wish, from 125 Hz to 1000Hz, which means you could even use the same polling of 500Hz that Fatal1ty uses. As this is just one of the many aspects of the motherboard, follow along and we will give you the full skinny on this new and exciting ASRock review.
